“This was quite possibly the greatest customer service experience I have ever had…after I heard about my 401k, I was extremely tense and upset by this, and I am in law enforcement so this is something I try to not feel, and when I talked to Koby I felt like I was going to be taken care of…I thought initially when I called I would have to get some paper and write down names and numbers, and he said “No, let’s call these places now” and he took care of me. He actually did it for me. I recognize hard work when I see it, and again this was by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had and I hope he gets all the recognition for this that he can. “When you were a kid, on your first big time roller coaster ride, it was scary as hell. But, if you're lucky, you had an older brother or friend that was in the seat next to you, confident, calm, and reassuring you about what was about to happen - both the good and the bad. My advocate was that guy for us in the credit fraud experience. His guidance and advice on what had happened, what needed to happen, and what would happen in the near future was all very useful. He clearly set up tasks and responsibilities that were handled. ID theft is a crappy experience no matter what, but without Chuck's experience and guidance it would have been much, much worse.”
